Bugged inside and out

Here is a piece of wood I pulled out of the wood pile, not even sure what kind of wood it is. Filled the bug holes with turquoise. Really happy with the bowl not so much with the pictures. Tell me what you think.

I would think it's either Birch or Beech.

Craig I love th bowls and the bug holes, I tell you what you send those bowls to me for taking a nice picture of, but then I get to keep them here with me, how does that sound?:tongue::biggrin:
