Buffing a CA glue finished wooden pen

I make a lot of exotic wood pens, and they're all finished with CA Glue. After you sand, the pen blank it's important to buff it to a glossy finish.
If you use micromesh pads and water I hope you move up the the Beale buffing system. I've been in the micromesh camp, but will never return.

The finished pen is shown below.

I'm with you Mark - quit using the micromesh process a couple years ago!

I stopped using MicroMesh but have adapted to Zona and a multi-grit auto finishers abrasive paste then buff as my finish process. I only use a two wheel buff with blue compound. I do use GluBoost instead of CA also, but don't think the process is different.

I still use MicroMesh BUT only the MM sheets (cut down to about 2"x4"). I use them dry and they really produce a nice shine. I follow them up with Magic Juice from Michael Hardin and usually buff them out with my Beall system. Sparklies all around.

Appreciate the time you invested in your tutorials Mark, had a couple questions for you but these gave me the info I needed.

Thank you Mark. I dry sand to 1500 or 2000, then tripoli, white diamond, then 2 finer grits. I have 4 wheels on the same axle. Your finishes are o/s.
