Bracelet hold

I`m in the process of making 22 bracelet holds for the ladies in my Sunday School Class, what I need is some sort of instuction sheet on the use of the hold. Does anyone know where I might down load one. I`ve looked on the web site of PSI,Woodturningz,AS,USCS and had no luck. Any help will be appreciated.

I don't think one exists. I don't remember which, but one of the supplier sites has a pic that shows it being used.
