Birthday bash

IIRC (and someone please correct me if I'm wrong) because of low participation the past few years it was decided that after the 20th bash last year it would be held every other year or so depending upon how many would participate.
 
I don't remember the full discussion but it was the reason that Monty gave. I was under the impression that the next one would be the 25th anniversary, which would be 2029, but I am not sure. While it is listed as "Beginning" in 2004, There are two members that joined in Dec. 2003 -
