Haha. I was half kidding but you came through!
They do work reliably. We still have one in our office at church, but its not the only one.
The bigger drawback is phone menus Etc that want a touch tone phone. I know some places have ways around it.
Interestingly, as much services have voice menus, the rotary phone might get easier to use in these instances. .
