Anyone recognize these pen parts?

I ran across these in an unrelated parts box. They look like a nib end, center band, and cap for a fountain pen or roller ball. The left piece on the nib end has internal threads to hold what I assume would be the fountain pen nib. On the cap end, I don't recall seeing a cap that has a slot across the top.
Anyone recognize these parts?

That is the old Berra clipless fountain pen kit with the screw on cap with the slot. Only ones who made that.

Thanks for the reply John. Guess it was in a box of pen parts I got from a friend of a friend who gave them to me. I know I never bought anything like it.
