Another Cigarillo success!

Well, mostly. This is a Woodcraft Cigarillo pen in chrome. The wood is lignum vitae, and the finish is Pens Plus. The twist mechanism works fine, I think I've got that issue resolved. But there were a couple of other minor issues that were both totally my fault. But I'm happy with the result.

To get a consistent gap between the center band and twist adapter, I used a 0.002" (two thousandth) feeler gauge. Seemed to work well.

Here are the issues. One, there is a shoulder on the finial that the clip fits on. I missed it the first time. The second is I sanded the upper body at the tenon a little too much. But it's not bad.
