Announcing the contests & rules??

Is somebody going to make an announcement for the contests, or is that the contest coordinators responsibility? I saw a few things get posted to the bash form, and I was going to add something about the slimline contest. I just didn't know when it was okay to start talking about the contests and the rules.

I got clearance to start early because the collaboration entries takes more time to prepare.

If you are ready to go with your contest, go ahead and post away. I would suggest posting in both the Birthday Bash forum and Casual Conversation. Give me a yell if you need anything.

So are the Contest Meisters going to be posting their own contest rules and everything on the day their contest begins or is someone else going to be doing all of the posting? And Where?
