alternate uses

Hello, Im just wondering what you all do with your pen barrels that arent fit for pens. Ive got several that have small flaws or that I turned too small and am looking for ideas of what I might do with them.

I turn them down for sleaves to put on my pen squareing jig. (only the 7mm ones)

I turn the wood off of them tube with a parting tool and re-use it. I never buy extra tubes.

If possible I turn them into key tags or center bands for other pens.

Tell people that it's "art" and charge more!

I had an antler that chipped on the end and couldn't be used for a pen. I sanded it flush (too short for pen) and used it as a handle (dragon bone) for a wand for my grand daughter.

Fill it in and cast in clear resin. Turn to the right size and shape. Works good.
