Just a few things i made this week. Short reed goose call from Pupleheart. A few shaving brushes, 2 from Amboyna and 1 from cherry. All silvertip badger hair. Carl

Nice, elegant form on all of them and looks like good finish work, too. That's one of the brighter purples I've ever seen in purpleheart.

Thanks all for comments. I used a C/A finish on the brushes. The game call does not have a completed finish on it yet. I have to soak the inside bore with BLO to seal. I am still contemplating as to what is a best finish for the call, do to its harsh use in the field.
