Grizzly, Little Machine Shop, Shars Tools, eBay, Amazon, Aliexpress, and tons of other places including a machining supplier in your area.
I got mine from Rick Herrell on IAP, (rherrell). Great quality work. Mine was a straight shaft to fit in my metal lathe chuck.
Other alternatives are metal lathe tooling suppliers. They likely will be a better choice for one with a Morse taper shaft.

I used Grizzley when I ordered one some years ago.
You can spend several dollars more and get the dead center with a carbide tip vs the solid steel version.

If you are a wood turner, then you probably have the skills and tools to make your own.
The taper can be wood, with a length of rod glued into the end and sharpened into a 60" cone using a file while spinning it on the lathe.

Yep, I ordered the carbide tip one from amazon for $11 and free shipping..
