And this mornings snow takes me back to MPG 2019 when we had to clean the snow off the cars to leave on Sunday. It will be nice not worrying about the weather for this years show. Lol

I'm just glad that all the sessions are available for a month. There is several times where I had a hard time choosing which to go watch live (except for my session - guess I don't have a choice not to show up for that one!).

I agree, that is a great feature that I'll be taking advantage of to see all of the demos I miss and probably rewatch to take some notes. 😬

The worst part was John and I went on Thursday to set up. It was 70 so I only had a golf windbreaker when we left and I really did not even need that. Saturday night I was outside wiping off cars with just the windbreaker on - loading demonstrator cars and helping vendors load. And there was at least 3 inches of snow if not more. Then on the way home on I88 I had to hit the breaks hard and all the snow from the roof of the truck slide down on the windshield. It was that heavy wet snow so my wipers could not get it off, so I had to pull over on 88 and do it by hand, in a windbreaker, with cars flying by me. Ahhh - the comfort of my own home this year.

I registered but have to work this weekend. I was planning on taking advantage of the ability to watch the videos for the next 30 days. Now from an email I just received, it said that the live sessions are not recorded. Looking over the lineup on the event page , how can you tell which are the live sessions?

I also tried to bookmark some sessions. It takes you to a link to enter your password. I tried setting up a new account but it won't let me in. I don't do facebook.

I figured out the log in. Its the same as this site. I was confused when it directed to having a 10 digit password. Mine is less.

All of the demos will be available for 30 days. The live sessions are the break out rooms where we all just meet and talk. There are 3 on Saturday at 6 pm... Casting, Marketing & Sales, and Meet the AAW, and one on Sunday at 2:30pm, Meet the IAP.

Seven -

All sessions marked breakout are recorded and available for 30 days. This includes about 30 hours of content. Over 6 hours of casting. 4 hours of kitless. 5 hours of specialty blank making and finishing. General turning of pens with carbide tools. The live sessions are marked as workshops and they are simply the talking with the demonstrator after. We asked the demonstrator to take questions after their session. The platform does not allow for recording of these but let me assure you all recorded videos are well done and very complete.

Sorry about the password but as you got it that is your password you setup when registering. This allows to bookmark the session.

The content is second to none.

Sorry about the password length. That is the platform. We wanted to select a platform with good security and that is simply part of the platform.

Maybe a cd is in works. ????
After a few times being brought up, the board discussed it but at this time feel It would be up to the individual demonstrators to release their own since we don't own their material being played. Also, the $35 attendance fee for the event with 30 days of reviewing would be much more affordable than buying all of the demonstrators being played.
