It was 106 degrees yesterday! My shop does not have heat and air. Have to do my pen work in early morning and late in the evening.

Which king of Yankee do you claim to be, Ken?I didn't know Hell had moved that far East. 106 yesterday, 109 today, 100+ for the next 5 days the Weather Man says. Thank God the humidity is low, only 55%.:frown:

Yes, Ken, most of our corn has been twisted for weeks around here. The few farmers that were quick on the trigger are the only ones locally that might get any return on their seed. Looks like only one hay crop unless the rain gets here PDQ. Nah! ani't no such thing as 'global warming'.

It was 107° in Clarksville today. Right now (7:30 PM) it is still 105°. The only good thing is that the humidity is unbelievably low for around here this time of year (21%).
