Because of the heat lately we have been cooking on the grill and smoker a lot. I thought some of you might like to see what we smoked today. Its a pork tenderloin with my wife's homemade rub, it was smoked for 6hrs with hickory and apple wood.

We love it. Grill couple times a week year round. I actually enjoy sitting out with the grill in "our" winter (when the temp shoots down into the low 50's LOL)

That's really inconsiderate of you.... smoke something like that and not invite your friends in for supper...:biggrin:

Definitely a yummmmmm! That does look good and port tenderloin is one of my all time favorite meats for smoking and grilling... the other is a good beef brisket, rubbed and smoked for about 8-12 hours.... When we were in Houston, I used to start a brisket about 10 pm and smoke it all night until about noon the next day... it was a pain getting up two or three times during the night to check the fire, but when it was ready to eat, I forgot about the pain.....

Shame on you for showing that when I am away from home and my wife's table..........and you are too far away for me to come and eat..........

Looks really yummmmmy Tom. Our season is not as long yours so I grill out every chance I get. BTW, did you make the cutting board? Looks really nice.

Carl
