Bought a couple of new tools this weekend from Home Depot. I needed a way of taking the corners off of my pen blanks. I've been either cutting the corners off with my bandsaw or using a belt sander. The other problem I've been having is getting my ends squared up. So this is what I came up with. I bought some 180 grit sandpaper that has the adhesive backing. Just cut a small round circle & stick it on the small arbor. The small arbor fits in my collet Chuck. I use a Jacobs Chuck with a punch that fits perfectly inside my bolt action blanks. The other tool will shape the acrylic blank with little effort. Total investment is less than $12.00. Works great!
