I made a foot massager last night and kept having to switch between each foot. Problem solved! This is made from Padauk and is just over 11" long and 1 3/4" in diameter. Fun project to make!

I used a gouge for the main shape, parting tool to put the grooves in and a skew to round them over. Then sanded everything with 220 grit followed by EEE to get a really smooth finish.

Cool. I wouldn't have thought to do that with a parting tool. Awesome!

I noticed your peaks are sharper on this one. I really prefer that feel on my feet.

BTW thanks. The wife saw this over my shoulder, so now I'm on the hook for a double! :):)

LOL! Sorry about that! It's nice to have a double one because then one foot doesn't get jealous of the other.

The peaks are sharper on this one and you're right, it does feel better. I think that they could even be a little deeper yet.
