Box for the Huanghuali pen

Couldn't find a "standard" box I liked enough for my huanghuali pen so I went hunting.... found a silver plated jewelry box that complements the components, gutted it and rebuilt the interior using felt, foam and a couple of small accent pieces of huanghuali. My wonderful wife spent a couple of days with the stripped box and a bottle of Tarn-x to make sure it sparkled... Now I'm happy!

Jon, The pen it truly worthy of such s beautiful display, I hope this is going to be one of your family heirlooms.
I would be afraid to put that on a table at a show, for fear some one would actually buy it , even at the magic $1000.00 price, I don't think I'd part with it. I would treasure that pen and stunning display. That looks to be of Museum display quality, plus your better half's contribution.
