I had the honor to do these Plaques for the National park services.
These plaques will be given to the French ambassador and to the family of President Cleveland tonight in a ceremony at the Statue of Liberty tonight.

All the lettering was etched into a 3/32" copper plates.
The Picture of Lady Liberty was printed onto the copper with a special ink that etch into the copper.
The little arrow-head plaques was cut from 1/16" copper plate on a scrollsaw and the printed with the NPS logo.

The Rustic bar that is mounted to the Copper plaque is an actual pice that came from the Statue of Liberty when it was refurbished in 1989.
I good friend of mine helped me complete the project on time.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. I love doing different things and the copper-work is kind of a hobby for me to get away from the normal dat to day stuff. I have the tendency to turn hobbies into work.
