I am turning a zen blank with no hardware and no bushings on hand. Need the finished diameter (or bushing diameter), please!

You should download the IAP Bushing and Tubes app that has all of this information. I just pulled this off there for you, but there are several models to choose from, and I am not 100% sure which Zen you are making. This is the standard Dayacom magnetic cap from Exotic Blanks entry.

The bushings are not what is important, it is the measurements of the components that you need to go by.

OK you made me go look. As mentioned various Zen kits but this is the one from Exotic Blanks and is a Ti- Gold rollerball #050-4439. Both ends the same measure 13.04mm. Bushings measure the same at 12.95mm. here is an example of a Zen.

Why bother with bushings? Get a digital calipers and measure the diameter of the blank connection points and go for it!! I have thrown away all those confusing bushings. Works for me for years! P
