I know people that would be thrilled to have a bottle of that junk. Each and every one of them is in Rehab right now!

The wife and I actually thought of a possible exception........it might not be half bad in a bloody Mary?

We represent that statement Andrew, proudly!

Down here in the lower 48 anybody that has been in all most any local store that sells liqueur. Might have noticed the explosion in flavored/colored vodka's in recent years. Not to mention the fancy/strange bottles they are packaging it in.
I have a friend that owns party store in the neighborhood beer, wine, liqueur and pizza and subs.
They have had to add shelves 3 different occasions to handle all the new flavors, brands etc.
There is a brand of plain vodka that comes in glass"faux crystal skulls" the larger almost full size one sell's for $99.00 the smaller child size $49.00 That is the state minimum selling price.
Haven't been much of a drinker the last 40 years, so I can't say to quality of the hard liqueur. I have had same 3 beer's in the fridge for the last week and half

Will have to remember to take the camera with me next time. As they sure do look pretty with all the colors and shapes of the bottles.
As a very wise person once told me, "most people's taste are in their mouth's, and the is no accounting for that".

I REALLY want one of those glass skulls, but cannot partake of the contents anymore. This creates a bit of a quandry.

Daughter and sonnlaw brought them back for me they really did taste like spam:biggrin:

The spam flavored nuts actually dosen't surprise me. Because of shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska spam has a long history as the "store meat" of choice for the working class. For many families its become comfort food.....like Mac and cheese.

Just a personal opinion but I think Spam is great stuff. Vodka, on the other hand ...... Let's just say, if it disappeared from the earth tomorrow I would never know it was gone

That is what my friend said it was supposed to be made for. He has had requests but the state liqueur commission doesn't seem to stock or sell it!

Hmmm - smoked salmon wouldn't be something that I would guess as a good mixer with tomato juice -- but I guess I never really thought about it. I like smoked salmon and I like tomato juice.

Smitty
We make a hot pasta salad with tomatoes and smoked salmon or bacon.....sounds off but it is wonderful!

Think BLT with a bit more flavor and a kick.......that ya can drink!
