York Gum Burl on Majestic Pen

This is a collaborative effort as the York Gum Burlwood was a generous gift from Shawn Hill who also gave me some Yorrel Burl. I made this in the wee hours this morning. The wood was easy to drill and turn. After turning, sanded from 150 to 600 grit, CA (thin) X 2 coats followed by CA (medium)X 6 coats, back to 600 grit and then finished with wet MM up to 12000 and HUT Plastic Polish. Was fun.
