On a Chrome/Black Titanium Aero.
This one took a few fails before I succeeded. Ended up casting a plain black blank, cutting the curves on the band saw, then casting that half with white acrylic resin. The plugs are solid plastic rods.
Oddly enough, the plastic rods were of different hardnesses (even though they were from the same source and supposedly the same material), which made it hard to get them both smooth to the cast acrylic.
(Playing around with a new photo setup, hence the two different backgrounds.)
