We layed my grandmother to rest today.

She was a fighter and had 85 great years.
To me, she was more than a grandmother. She was an incredible inspiration and touched many lives through the years.

I will miss her more than I could ever express.

R.I.P. Grandma

This year has been the worst yet, but I'm hoping to find the bottom soon.
Just needed a little release...

God our Father,
Your power brings us to birth,
Your providence guides our lives,
and by Your command we return to dust.

Lord, those who die still live in Your presence,
their lives change but do not end.
I pray in hope for my family,
relatives and friends,
and for all the dead known to You alone.

In company with Christ,
Who died and now lives,
may they rejoice in Your kingdom,
where all our tears are wiped away.
Unite us together again in one family,
to sing Your praise forever and ever.

Amen.

My deepest sympathy for your loss of your grandmother. Grandmothers seem to have a special place in our hearts. I hope that your memories comfort and help you through this difficult period.

I would like to thank each one of you for your kind words.
I appreciate it very much.

It has been a rough few days with little sleep and getting things in order.
