CC Sabathia gives up the winning run, how fitting. Jeeter and A-rod can't make it right....Leland is a genius...
Bring on Texas....
This may be a big problem here as half the state of Texas are members of the IAP.

Go Tigers!!!

come on.
ought to be some good base ball however it turns out. You know that the WS title has already been given to Philly so why should the Rangers and Tigers even play? just ask the experts.

Glenn,
Still time to defect to the majority and root for the Rangers.:biggrin:Its too bad both teams can't make it. Detroit beat Texas during the regular season 6 games to 3 if I recall correctly. Congrats to all teams in the playoffs.
Do a good turn daily!
Don

Being from St. Louis and having the last name of Musial, I'm going to take a little exception to that.

No offense meant. just commenting on on the base ball commentators and so called experts. I wouldn't mind St Louie in the WC.

Tim

So much for the experts...glad to see the cards win! Dont know whats better, arod striking out to end a playoff series (again!!) or the phillies losing with their so called "unbeatable" rotation.

Either way...go rangers!

All I have to say is........ GO TIGERS!!!!!!!! Rangers? what is that? oh yea, a minor speed bump on the way to the WS!!!!

I think it will be an excellent series between the Tigers and the Rangers and that the best men will win. I CERTAINLY hope that it is the Rangers. I would love to see them return to the WS and make amends for their collapse last year. GO RANGERS!!!

Should have never got to the 11th the tigers gave away to many chances to win the game and for that matter so did Texas(but they did get it done in a big way,tip of the cap to Texas). We are up 5-1 game three(must win),but I'm not counting anything out in this series(lots of big hitters).Victor

The Rangers were 1 strike away from winning it all TWICE in Game 6.

I'm a Vikings fan so I know all about disappointment!

There is this Texan in hell.
The devil comes up to him on the first day, sees him smiling and gives him a high five. "What are you so happy about?" asks Lucifer.

"Man, I just love it here. Its like a spring day in Dallas."
The devil walks off ****ed, and decides to get him. "I'll turn the heat all the way up. That'll show him."

The next day, the devil checks back, only to find him happy once again. "What now?" says the Evil one.

"Man is this heat great or what. Reminds me of a summer day in San Antonio."

The Devil realizes that he has been going about it all wrong. "Tomorrow I'm going to make it colder than an Alaskan winter."

He returns the next day to find the Texan shivering and blue, but grinning from ear to ear. "What could you possibly have to be happy about?"

"Its pretty obvious, isn't it?" replied the Texan. "The Rangers must have won the World Series.
