I had a customer order two of my "Spirit Of 1776" pen blanks. One was for a Vertex Bolt pen kit and the other is for a Berea Lever Action Pen kit. She contacted me after receiving the blanks and told me that she thought she had bought complete, finished pens. I told her that I just do not have the time to turn those for her right now or in the immediate future. I offered to either refund her money if she returned the blanks or if she wanted the blanks turned into pens that I would reach out to this group and see if anyone was interested in doing this for her. I advised her that it would most likely cost her something but that she could discuss that with the individual(s) who offered to do it for her. So, would anyone like to turn a couple of pens? If so, let me know and I will put you in contact with her. Thanks.

Might put any disclaimer in bold type; maybe even in red if possible. But people don't read instructions.
My wife was director of a daycare. Menu on one side of the sheet, calendar on the other. "I didn't know it was XXXX day!"

i convinced that the vast majority of shoppers do not read the descriptions.. Every one of my listings specifically states that the item for sale is a pen blank. This is not the first time someone thought that they were buying a completed pen for $11.95. o_O
