A buddy of mine brought a small Live Oak Burl home from the foothills last week and after getting the few blanks it yielded, this is what is left over. Two slices are 1" thich, and one slice is 1.5". I will give it to anyone who is doing the "Worthless Wood" castings ... in exchange for one or two blanks. Let me know...PM if you like.
