I had lost the screw on cap that protects the stylus on their Super Stylus pen. I sent them an email yesterday evening and got a response back today saying that they would send me a replacement today.

I have only lived near Indy for the last 3 years and WoodTurningz had already moved to its present location, but witnessing the change in their business volume over those 3 years when I stop by has been amazing. But, they still have time for the person who walks through the door for counter sales even though they are packing and shipping thousands of blanks.
I live walking into Rockler or WoodCraft stores across the country and come across a pen turning enthusiast who points out a blank with a WoodTurningz label on it. When I tell them, yeah, I live 40 minutes from them, I get quite the array of feedback. I never take the things they say personally as I am certain they are spoken only out of jealousy.

Thank goodness I don't live 40 minutes from them, I would never be home.
