Thanks for the response Brian. Everything I saw on this pen mill it was being used on the drill press. I square my blanks on the lathe but didn't want to try this pen mill because no one seems to be using it on the lathe. I wondered why they were not.

I use it on the drill press and love it. The reason I use the DP is because if I did not drill my hole square with the edges of the blank it's easier to adjust the tubed blank so the pen mill squares the end with the tube, no matter how my bit may have wandered.

Thanks for your response. I am fairly new at turning. I drill my blanks on the lathe, and square the blank on the lathe with the tube glued in. sometimes I notice I did not drill perfect center of the blank but I have not noticed that my hole was not parallel with the edges of the blank.
When I looked at the pen mill from woodpeckers they never showed it being used on the lathe, thats why I asked the question. Thanks Rob T
