Not a jeer or a cheer, but I'm wondering what's going on? I've ordered from them a few times a year for quite a while now. I was mis-shipped an item on a recent order, and I've sent emails and left several voicemails over the last several weeks and not a single response.

Strange you have not heard ... they have always been very prompt in replying to my emails.

The last time I ordered, they did take a week more than I expected. However, they were custom-cutting some dog paw laser engraved blanks for me. Whenever I left a message, they always returned my call and their work was excellent. Maybe, they are on vacation. Nice folks.
