Is there a Woodcraft rep that frequents the boards??


I placed an order 10/23 which was backordered and have yet to receive the item or any kind of status.

The odd thing is I placed an order 11/09 which also had a backordered item but I got a followon email with an eta and then recieved the item. I called on the previous order and no ETA was available on it.

Bill, there is a Woodcraft store in Franklin, it's owned by David Sapp, he is a great guy, IF you call the store, they will ship stuff with out going through corporate or at least they used to. Sometimes it's easier, I'll send you their phone number in a PM.
 
Really no one on here is going to be able to help yopu becuase they don't know the specifics of your order. My guess would be the item ordered on 10/23 is out of stock and they don't know when their supplier is going to ship more so they can't give you an eta. With the second item they probably knew when they would receive more and were able to give you an eta.
