INFORMATION/CURBSIDE SERVICE


Woodcraft of Fort Worth is open for business but with reduced hours. As the situation is liable to change with little or no warning please call before traveling to confirm we are open.

As a courtesy to our customers, the Fort Worth location will be offering a curbside pickup program.

Procedure:
1. Email the store with your order.
2. We will verify our stock level and pull your order.
3. We will call you with a total amount, take your credit card over the phone, and give you an order number.
4. Pull to the curb and call the store (682) 334-1025 and give us your order #.
5. Please do not get out of your vehicle.
6. We will verify your order number, credit card, State Issued ID, and then load your merchandise.

We will be running the curbside pickup program using the following hours until further notice:

o Monday-Friday: 10:00AM – 5:00PM
o Saturday: 10:00AM – 5:00PM
o Sunday: Noon to 3:00PM

We will be operating under a skeleton crew, so please be patient. Please understand we may not be able to accommodate special requests. If you have any questions or need clarification, please email or call the store.

Interesting. I know a guy that works at the Plano location and he hasn't mentioned this. I may be mistaken but the two stores might be owned by the same guy. I guess this will give my buddy and I something new to talk about. Ha Ha. It is a very nice gesture on their part.
 
I have been on pins and needles all week worrying if my local woodcraft store would be open tomorrow. They have a scheduled demonstration on casting tomorrow. As of this evening it is still a go. I was scheduled to work and took the day off. Too late to cancel.

Steven I see your in Wisconsin. I was going to say they canceled all classes and demos in Plano, TX until further notice. I was supposed to give the demo on casting in Plano but that's out for now. I was going to offer what I know or try to answer questions but your a little too far unless you would like to talk on the phone. PM me if you'd like to talk.
