Is this a 'good' set?

For about $15 more you can get the PSI collet chuck which includes a 3/4" collet. Worth it for that alone.

No , spend the extra $20 and get the PSI set . To begin with the Woodcraft set is not an ER32 collet so you can't buy extra collets and the fact that it is a MT2 mount means you are very limited when it comes to depth of the collets .

I bought that set on sale as my first collet chuck several years ago. Didn't take me long to know I needed a Beall chuck. I didn't know about the PSI one until after I got the Beall. Probably would have opted for the Beall anyway because it fits my spindle without having to have an adapter. The PSI one is nice. The woodcraft one is very limited, because of the collets it takes.
