Thanks, Wayne. Found it but it doesn't have the tube spec's. It is the "F" part listed for the Cartridge click ballpoint pen, #151303/151304. It's a shame that a part can get messed up and you can't find a replacement. I have searched several places that sell brass tubing but this is an odd size.
