They did it again. I placed and order and then turned around and placed another order because I forgot something the first time and in desperation asked that they combine the shipping. Before I could say anything, Tracie mailed me to say it had been done.
Now that is service, I tell you. :biggrin::biggrin::laugh:

I've talked with Tim at least a few times, and like the service they provide.

Tim has been helpful to me as a newbie turner with advice on some of the things I've been trying.

I also have had the same experience with "adding to my order", and they've been very good about taking care of my order.

Tim strikes me as the type of person who likes taking care of his customers.
 
They were the first people I ordered kits from, and for most of the lesser expensive kits they are still the ones I order from, their service has always been super!!!

I usually only buy my kits from them and the service is top notch. I know I will get my order within 2 or 3 days from order.

Great vendor if anyone needs anything.
