Wood Identification Please

I bought a number of blanks from Cook Woods at reduced prices- that is the good news. The bad news is they arrived without any identification on the blanks. This one has me stumped. Thanks in advance for your time and expertise.

It looks kinda green to me, but I'll use crotch walnut for now. Usually walnut has more red. The more I look the more walnut-like it appears.
