I was wondering if anyone else has a similar curse that I seem to have?
I have a wood burning furnace.
I have found that it takes me a lot longer than it should to cut, pile and burn the wood than it should.
I find myself looking at each and every piece of wood checking out the grain, unusual markings, etc.
Occassionally i find that the pile of wood to keep ends up bigger than the pile to burn.
Does anyone else have this CURSE?

Jeff,

LOL...I am so glad I don't have to go through that torment.

There are a few times I wish I had to burn wood though...so I can dispose some of my plain wood as well as scraps.

Jeff,it's the same way when i fire up the smoker, every piece of wood has to be carefully inspected,LOML just shakes her head.[8D]

Yep Jeff, Hubby and I inspect all wood before it goes in the fireplace. It takes us longer now to build a fire in Big Bear. Used to use pine cones to start a fire and now I'm bringing them home to you guys, [:D]
