I used stringing, used for making guitar rosettes 0.05mm thick. This was my first attempt ( and my last ) and I didnt want to just toss it into a drawer, so put it into an oval 'window' pen. There are seven layers.
It looks better in the hand than in a photograph.
The timber is Holly and the kit is an Etesia from Beaufort Ink.
