I just got some pens into a store owned by a friend on consignment. I had to build a display but it has attracted some interest already. The store is always busy and has a brisk tourist trade as well as take out food, some of the best in the area. She even put me right up front. It took all my finished pens, but what the heck, Ill make more. It's what we do right?

Awesome! :)

I also have a bunch of pens on consignment at a store, so I can definitely share your excitement over the deal! :)

Just keep in mind that the consignment fee is what you're paying them to sell your pens for you while you're off doing something else ... like making more pens! :)

Looks good. I'd suggest, if possible, loose the strings and if possible center the pens vertically. Presentation is everything in retail display..

The strings are actually for the price tags. I had to re-position the pens also. When we set it up things were being constantly moved about. The price tags are going away.
