Heck you can top that easily. It says that they are rare, only 40 in the world. What makes that so rare??? Your pens are only 1 in the world so that should make them worth even more. No 2 hand turned pens are the same.:biggrin: You should give him a call and see if he would want one of yours for his girl. You can have it engraved too.

All it is is marketing. Have you ever asked $46,000 for one of your pens? Have you done the leg work to position your pens in front of someone who pays $46,000 for a pen? As I have always said art is marketing. I get more for my pens than many of you. Many of you are much better turners and much more creative than I. I just don't don't sell myself short in the name of selling more pens. (I have yet to realize a $500 plus sale however)
