I ordered the mandrel saver insert for my Nova chuck from Frank at Wildaness Woods about a month ago. The website said it was in stock.
I still have not received it and no correspondence other than the "order received" email on Nov. 6th.
I left a message at the phone number on the site and sent 2 emails. I am worried he is ill or something. Anyone know Frank? Is this typical behavior?

Hello all,

Does anyone know what happened to Frank at Wildaness Woods? I ordered an insert from him last November and am still worried something happened to him. His website is still up. Not worried about my part or the money, just concerned for Frank.

I tried one more time this week, called and emailed Frank. He has not been looking at the website I ordered thru. He was apologetic and returned my money. I'm just glad he is healthy.
