As I stated earlier I dislike using the center ring in slimline pens because of design restriction.
I was putting an American classic 8mm together and was looking in my parts box, trying to figure what to do with all the surplus rings.
I had a 7mm bushing sitting on a rack and my wife asked what it was and I told her.
I showed her on a slimline that the bushing and the unused ring would fit right over the twist mechanism.
That's when the light bulb went off!
I can use the unused rings for bushings and never have to buy another set of slimline bushings again!
Yes or no?
