Who made the sandpaper holder?

Awhile back someone posted pix of a sandpaper holder they made that was sort of a horizontal thing with slots for the different grits. Anyone remember who posted it? I can't find the old thread.

I made something like that a couple of years ago. I'm not sure if I ever posted it but I can if you're interested.
