What wood would you recommend for turning team pens when one of the colors is white? I have some eucalyptus that is very white, but is there another wood that would be better?

If I am reading this right then you are talking about segmenting or one barrel being one color and the other white. If you are doing segmenting then a stabilized holly is great to use as it will help prevent the colors of the other woods bleeding into the holly.
