Hey all. This might be a stupid question but I will ask in any way.

It there any pen kits with a white finish?

I have this wonderful blank here and I think a white pen would be awesome on it!

If you can't find a pre-made white kit (hardware set), see if you can find someone who can powdercoat your hardware set of choice.

Sounds like you're about to embark on the "kitless" journey. Be very very careful.

Well, that blank is beautiful, and I'm kind of loath to recommend such a kit for it...but I have come across white (enamel, I think) Slimline pen kits in the past. A slimline, though, feels like it would waste so much of the blank.

There are also satin-chrome kits. You can find them in a few different kinds of kits. For example, Sierra (or similar, like Wall Street II) has a chrome and satin chrome plated kit. The very tip of the nib is chrome, but the rest of the nib is satin chrome, which gets very close to white. I think it could go well with the blank. There are some other satin chrome kits I've come across, but am currently drawing a blank on the name. I think one was a rollerball. I think another may have been a Cigar (you could probably look up the cigar kits on ExoticBlanks, as I think that is where I saw it.)

I have only turned and assembled a couple satin chrome kits, although I own several more kits waiting to be used. I can't speak to long term durability of them. I suspect that any satin type finish is probably going to be more prone to issues with scratching than a normal shiny plating. I do know that the Wall Street II satin chrome kits have made have a slightly rougher feel on the satin parts than on the pure chrome parts...can't help but expect that to scratch more easily, no matter how its actually manufactured. Still, the satin chrome gets pretty close to white in look, given how it disperses light.
