A Jr Gents I believe...the blank was gotten on e-bay. Glad it turned out well, The blank was different from other acrylics I've used, in the fact it did not "peel" off with ease while turning with carbide tool. It kinda "chipped" away...I was Leary of that, but came out ok. :)

Very nice. I was achieving limited success with carbide inserts when turning the more brittle/chippy materials. I bought some high quality skews and gauges and learned how to sharpen then and I my success rate has improved dramatically. I do know that many can turn any thing with the carbide; I am just not one of them. :)
