Would you choose to go with the Gun Metal Braided Polymer between the Antique Brass and Gun Metal plating?

Honestly, I'm kind of a muted color kind of guy, so at first glance I like how the the gunmetal plays with the blank; however, nearly all of the cartridges I have used and reloaded have been brass (other than an odd few pistol cartridges that were nickel plated), so for me, it would have to be the brass one. I just think it works better especially for this pen style. - Dave

sorry Les but that looks too "washed out" and almost clinical to me to be an instrument I would be happy using. Not enough contrast IMHO

nice work though

Brass is the correct one! It jumps out at you. It needs contrasting parts to show what you have in your hand.

As with autos these days the color preference seems to be all black. This may be an age factor.

But I'm from the old days. Lots of contrast!
