PSI offers a skew (Benjamin's Best) that is 3/4", oval. I have several and would recommend it. Big Bucks: $12.95 LX030

In deference to Tangboy, let me say I also have Crown tools. I like them BETTER than my cheepies from PSI. One Crown will not outlast 2 Benjamin's Best, BUT, they are easier to use cause they keep an edge a little longer. This may well be worth the price difference!

Huh...I didn't realize the Crown tools were that cheap. I have one of the Benjamin's Best skews like Ed and really like it, but had I realized that the Crowns were that reasonable, I probably would have gone that route instead!

CSUSA sell some that have roled edges which is an extremely nice feature worth a few dollars more, even if that is twice the price of a Ben's Best. I think they are Henry Taylor brand.

If you are looking for a cheap skew with good steel the $45 set of tools from Harbor Freight is a good buy. I use them to make scrappers, including the 2 skews.
