Where'd it go?

I got a blank that was a wicked green and blue. Based on the blank half of it was green and half was blue. I made sure to drill so the hole cut right between the blue and the green. When I got done turning it the was one very thin ribbon of blue.

Ever get finished with a blank and ask your self "where'd it all go?"

I had an acrylic that started out gray & black & ended up having a little green further in. I guess life is like a box of chocolates. :biggrin:

Shop vac?! I don't need no stinking shop vac. I am trying to convince my wife that the shavings are floor insulation.

I have had a few blanks turn out very different then they look on the outside, havent complained once yet though because they still turn out wicked awesome.
