Where to buy Parker private reserve refills.

I have had it with the cheap refils to many pens comming back, the last batch of Vortex I got they wouldn't even write a whole word. Anyhow what is a good source for the Parker private reserve refills and what is the best price.

I assume the best parker style refils are called the private reserve, when I googled it I could only find schmidt or is that the brand to get.
i could only find the basic Parker refills.

Try the 9000 Easyflow from Private Reserve, I've heard that they are fantastic even though I'm a PR dealer I don't stock the 9000 as I don't sell ball points but Ed and Dawn at exotics could set you up. www.exoticblanks.com
