When to order?

As some of you know, I'm getting a metal lathe soon. I want to have it around May 5th (immediately AFTER finals!) when should I order from grizzly to get it? I poked around their website, but didn't find anything...

As long as it is in stock. Grizzly does not fool around with shipping orders.

Get the name of the carrier so you can keep tabs on it or contact them if it goes too long. When I ordered my bandsaw, I had to call the carrier and go down on a weekday and pick it up. Sounded to me like they didn't care to deliver it. We managed.

..what model are you thinking about getting? I have a Grizzly Metal lathe and would be lost w/o it. My experience w/Grizzly has been top notch.I had about a 6 week wait as mine was on back order. Good luck.....Jan
